We’re looking for a full-time Tech Specialist who will manage and optimize funnels and ad campaigns that directly impact the company’s success and client satisfaction. You will ensure to deliver high-quality technical services to clients and exceeds their expectations.

Grunt Workers is a human resources partner to marketing agencies and marketing teams that have high standards for quality, getting work done, and producing amazing results.

As a Tech Specialist, you will audit, test, launch, and monitor funnels for client projects. You will create tracking and reporting for ad campaigns, and set up and manage reports using Google Analytics, Segmetrics or Hyros, Google Cloud, and Google Data Studio. You will also collaborate with Account Strategist to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with client strategies and ensure efficiency and precision in all technical aspects of the agency’s projects.

if you…

-Have at least 3 years of experience in technical management, preferably in digital marketing

-Have strong knowledge of funnels, ad tracking, and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Segmetrics or Hyros, Google Cloud, and Google Data Studio

-Have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients

-Very detail oriented

-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
