We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Buyer who will be responsible for managing media buying campaigns with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills to execute successful media buying campaigns that exceed client goals.

Grunt Workers is a human resources partner to marketing agencies and marketing teams that have high standards for quality, getting work done, and producing amazing results.

As a Social Media Buyer, you will manage and execute media buying campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. You will analyze media performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. You will also conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. In addition, you will collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creative that resonates with the target audience ensuring that media buying campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

if you…

-Have 3+ years of experience in Media Buying, with a focus on direct response campaigns

-Can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

-Have experience with media buying platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads

-Are familiar with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, and Excel

-Are passionate about music or have a band background

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients

-Very detail oriented

-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
