We’re looking for an Outreach Communications Specialist who is an outreach communications pro and can do competitive research, reach out to authors, websites, and influencers to develop relationships and help manage influencer/link-building campaigns. Someone who can increase and drive relevant organic search and social traffic through improved keyword ranking by reaching out to websites, publishers, authors, and influencers for mentions, links, placements, collaborations, and guest post opportunities.

As an Outreach Communications Specialist, you will improve keyword ranking through link-building and influencer marketing campaigns, research potential websites and people for outreach, conduct a content audit to identify opportunities, and perform keyword research and identify the best keywords for SEO or influencer projects. In addition, you will grow Organic Traffic by increasing traffic by x% each month, tracking Digital Assets, and contributing to company documentation and knowledge to help Ancient Grains scale.
-Have 2+ years of experience in influencer program management
-Have a background in natural or organic products (preferred)
-Have experience in SEO link building, outreach email marketing, and e-commerce
-Can write content and do creative
-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients
-Very detail oriented
-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
