PPC Specialist (Facebook Ads and Google Ads)

We’re looking for a full-time musically-experienced PPC Specialist who can drive performance and campaign build-outs for several music products/brands.

Grunt Workers is a human resources partner to marketing agencies and marketing teams that have high standards for quality, getting work done, and producing amazing results.

As a PPC Specialist, you will strategize, run, and manage Paid Ad Campaigns to increase sales by x% month over month (x to be determined by the client’s strategist/management). You will optimize ad platforms for consistent incremental wins throughout the funnel and always have ad tests running at any given time. In addition, you will contribute to company documentation and procedures to help the client scale.

if you…

-Have 2+ years of experience in Paid Ads (Google Ads and Facebook Ads)

-Have run Google Ad Campaigns (display, shopping, search, and YouTube)

-Have experience in Pixel placement and other tracking or measurement tools

-Know copywriting is a plus!

-Are passionate about music or have a band background

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients

-Very detail oriented

-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
