We’re looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Designer who can design beautiful, on-brand, and high-quality email and MMS campaigns, flows, and sign-up forms for multiple brands in a detailed and efficient manner. Someone who has an expert working knowledge of the Klaviyo builder tools (classic and new) and creatively supports flow testing and optimization strategies for clients in Klaviyo or related toolsets and integrations. As a Klaviyo Email Marketing Designer, you will be hitting deadlines and being realistic about those. You will hit 95%+ on target with deadlines, present the first campaign draft at least 3 business days ahead of the scheduled send date, and provide quick flow updates based on testing and optimization strategies. You will also be aware of goals and your role in them such as CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue lift, Brand and Product Creative Positioning, and other metrics provided by other strategists and clients. You will also create unique designs and manage assets. In addition, you will develop distinct-looking email templates for different clients, manage provided client assets including photos, fonts and saved Klaviyo email block elements, and contribute to the documentation and strategies.
-Have 2+ years of experience in Klaviyo Email Designing
-Know Klaviyo Builder Tools (classic and new)
-Have the ability to devise new base/starter templates for new clients and revise template looks across a client’s campaigns and flows.
-Can maintain distinct design/look/feel across clients – i.e. not a one-trick pony that will result in too much similarity across clients.
-Have the ability to manage brand assets for each client – provided photo assets, fonts, save block elements in Klaviyo, etc.
-Can think strategically when building a campaign based on an overall goal / strategic brief or testing strategy
-Can stay up to date on the latest Klaviyo template editor features and functionality, email design trends, and best practices
-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients
-Very detail oriented
-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
