Klaviyo Email Designer

Job Title:

We’re looking for a Klaviyo Email Designer who can create, maintain, and manage clients and email marketing automations. A talented individual who has experience in Klaviyo email automation, e-commerce, and Shopify. Experience in copywriting is a HUGE plus!

As a Klaviyo Email Designer, you will design beautiful, on-brand, and high-quality email and MMS campaigns, flows, and sign-up forms for multiple brands in a detailed and efficient manner in Klaviyo. You will be working with Klaviyo builder tools (classic and new) and creatively supporting the campaign and flows testing and optimization strategies for clients in Klaviyo or related toolsets and integrations.

if you…

At least 2 years of experience in Email Automation and Klaviyo
Email designing experience with Klaviyo editor expertise for both the classic builder and new template editor
Manage brand assets for each client – provided photo assets, fonts, save block elements in Klaviyo, etc.
Have the ability to devise new base/starter templates for new clients and revise template looks across a client’s campaigns and flows.
Extremely detail-oriented
Experience managing e-commerce accounts
Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Comfortable on the phone talking to different clients
Exceptional customer service skills
Very detail-oriented
Project management experience
Can work in US Time Zone (Graveyard Shift in PH time or at least 4 hours overlapping US business hours )
Have your own work-from-home set-up with a stable internet connection
