We’re looking for a full-time E-commerce Copywriter who can drive people to take action that is good for them, and good for the brand, using the power of words, emotions, and calls to action.

Grunt Workers is a human resources partner to marketing agencies and marketing teams that have high standards for quality, getting work done, and producing amazing results.

As an E-commerce Copywriter, you will increase sales month over month. The monthly % increase is to-be-determined by the clients and strategists. You will drive incremental actions such as form submissions to increase audience volume at every stage of the funnel and contribute to the client’s documentation and procedures for copywriting.

You might be the one we are looking for if you…

-Have 2+ years of experience in copywriting

-Have experience writing sales copy side with ads, sales pages, and landing pages

-Have experience in sales or lead generation statistics

-Have experience in GPT and other AI prompts is a must

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients

-Very detail oriented

-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
